Product lifetime will vary greatly due to many external factors outside of our control. Each item has been made with care and quality materials to extend the products lifetime as much as possible.

Fading, cracking, pealing, tears and other damage may occur when exposed to sunlight, UV light, chemicals or due to improper care.

Please make sure you have familiarised yourself with each product before making a purchase. Products cannot be refunded due to customer error or change of mind.

Once an order has been placed you will be unable to update your details or change items in the order. Be sure to review your information carefully prior to making a purchase (this includes your name, billing and or shipping address and the items included in your order).

All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges. This includes improper care, faulty or incorrect installations.

Once we can confirm that the product is defective, damaged or that it was the wrong product sent out on our end. We may issue a refund or replacement.
